Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used
• Items marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at biz@mifatime.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 14 business days:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company
• Contact your bank
• If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at biz@mifatime.com

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at biz@mifatime.com and send your item to: J-62, SOHO KL, Jalan Solaris, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

7. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia):

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

International Shipping (Singapore):

• Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount as displayed on our website.

8. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
