1. INTRODUCTION

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from this Website, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features of the Website. 3. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
3.1 We make every effort to display the colors, images, and specifications of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the actual color or details of the products.
3.2 All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of the Sales and Service Tax (SST) where applicable, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
3.3 We reserve the right to modify product pricing, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
3.4 In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and refund any payments made.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to suspected fraudulent activity or billing discrepancies).
4.2 Payment must be made using the payment gateways and methods displayed on the Website (e.g., FPX, Credit/Debit Cards, E-wallets).
4.3 You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Website, inclusive of any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
4.4 We reserve the right to request additional verification documents for high-value orders or orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
5.1 Delivery times provided on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays caused by courier services, customs clearance (for international orders), or force majeure events.
5.2 Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
5.3 Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier service, unless otherwise stated in our Shipping Policy or agreed in writing.
5.4 You are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels once the courier marks the delivery as “Successfully Delivered”.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

6.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia. If a product is proven to be defective, not of merchantable quality, or not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to remedies as provided by Malaysian law.
6.3 For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., cosmetics, beauty treatments, skincare items, personal care tools, and personalized items) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
7. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to use the Website to:
7.1 Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
7.2 Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code.

10.4 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
